About Our Products & Craftsmanship

Q1: What materials are your products made from?
A: We primarily use high-quality PLA plastic for our 3D prints. It's a bio-based material made from renewable resources (like corn starch), making it eco-friendly, non-toxic, and sturdy—perfect for home decor, collectibles, and toys. All materials meet stringent safety standards.

Q2: Are the products purely machine-made? Is there any handwork involved?
A: Every Lighant product is more than just a machine's output; it's a hand-finished creation. After printing, we personally sand, remove support structures, assemble (if needed), and conduct a meticulous quality check to ensure you receive a smooth, perfect piece of art. This is the heart of our "Workshop" ethos.

Q3: Does the product require assembly?
A: Most products are assembled and ready for display. For some multi-part models, we include illustrated instructions and the necessary tools to let you experience the joy of assembly. Consider it part of the fun!

Orders & Shipping

Q4: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: As a small workshop, each order is made and prepared upon request. This typically takes 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing. Afterwards, your package will be shipped via courier. Final delivery times depend on your location.

Q5: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We are delighted to ship our creations to many countries and territories worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address.

Q6: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Absolutely! If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us via email or live chat. Once an order has entered our production workflow, we may be unable to modify it, as we might have already started printing it for you.

Support & Policies

Q7: What if my product arrives damaged?
A: We package everything with great care to prevent this. However, if it happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly send a free replacement or issue a refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Q8: Do you accept custom or commission orders?
A: We love creative ideas! If you have a unique concept in mind, we'd be happy to hear about it. Please reach out to us via email or live chat with your idea. We'll evaluate it and provide you with a quote. Please note that custom orders generally require a longer production timeline.

Q9: How do clean my 3D printed piece?
A: Simply clean with a soft, dry cloth or wipe gently with a damp cloth. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or high temperatures (above 60°C / 140°F) to prevent deformation of the material.
